As Product Manager for MHC NorthStar CCM, I’m surprised by how many organizations still rely on static forms—paper and PDFs—to capture critical customer information. At the same time, I understand why. My Takeaway

The shift isn’t just about replacing static forms; it’s about empowering people to move faster while staying compliant and connected. To me, that’s what real transformation looks like.
