Each person at the helm of MHC places a priority on service and empowering each stakeholder of the company – from employees and partners to vendors and customers – to achieve success through a superior experience.
Gina joined MHC in 2008 and has held several roles within the organization before being named CEO in September 2019. She has spent 24 years in the technology industry leading initiatives and managing software solutions designed to streamline operations and optimize user productivity.
John joined MHC in 2020 and brings significant operational and financial experience to the business. Additionally, his previous leadership roles have included both publicly traded and PE-backed companies, which expands his abilities to guide MHC as well as contribute insights about our customers.
VP of Product & Engineering
Dan joined MHC in February 2019 bringing over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He embodies the mantra of hard work and deep knowledge, which is evidenced by his four educational degrees, including graduate degrees in technology.
VP of Customer Care
Bryan joined MHC in 2001 as an implementation manager and, after many years of service, became the VP of Customer Care. Bryan’s 25 years of experience in the tech industry and his familiarity with MHC makes him a key leader in the crucial area of customer relationships.
VP of Human Resources
Michelle joined MHC in 2021 and brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in financial services, healthcare and manufacturing. Michelle oversees the global HR strategy, including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and the overall employee experience.
VP of Global Sales
John joined MHC in 2020, bringing 25 years of sales experience to his role at MHC. His diverse background working for large Fortune 500 companies, a small boutique consulting firm, and a Silicon Valley start-up are integral to supporting business development and meeting sales goals.
Senior Director of Global Marketing
Taylor joined MHC in 2020 and brings considerable growth marketing experience to the company. His widespread background working with high-tech, high-growth venture capital and private equity backed organizations make him a key leader in MHC’s global marketing efforts and critical to the team’s go-to-market strategy.
Senior Director of Strategy
Trevor joined MHC in 2020 as Senior Director of Strategy. He leads the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives and other strategic growth projects. Prior to joining MHC, Trevor led M&A efforts at Deloitte Consulting where he empowered Fortune 100 and private equity clients to deliver market excellence.
Chairman of the Board
John joined MHC in 2001 as President after a long tenure of leading software companies for over 40 years. With over 45 years working in the software and technology industry, he specializes in the integration and development of enterprise financial systems. John now serves as Chairman of the Board for MHC.

Rohit is Chief Executive Officer of RSA, a leader in cybersecurity, risk and fraud management solutions. He served as President/CEO of Dell EMC’s Enterprise Content Division (ECD) which included the Documentum business, a global leader in enterprise content management. Rohit now serves on the Board for MHC.

Bill is Chairman of Strattam Capital and serves as Director of two Strattam companies. Previously, he was with Oak Hill Capital Partners, where he originated, structured, and managed investments for the firm’s Services group. Prior to Oak Hill, Bill was a Director and Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Neil is Principal at Strattam Capital and focuses on deal-sourcing, new investment activity, and portfolio company oversight. Previously he served as Vice President at GTCR, where he focused on cybersecurity, information services, government services, and defense investments.
