We're Strengthening Our CCM Leadership Bench

The customer communications management (CCM) market isn’t standing still. Customer expectations are rising, regulatory requirements continue to evolve, and organizations need platforms and partners that can help them modernize with confidence. These drivers have helped the CCM market grow to $2 billion with no signs of slowing down. Clearly it’s not a time to coast. It’s a time to strengthen the team driving that work.
That’s the backdrop for two new additions to our leadership team: Kim Cook as VP, Partners and Alliances, and Reuben Manalo as Director, Sales Engineering.

Meet Kim Cook
Kim joins us from GhostDraft, a CCM platform built specifically for insurers, where she led strategic alliances. Before that, she spent more than a decade in partnership leadership roles at OneShield Software, Nagarro, and Objectiva Software Solutions. Her mandate at MHC is clear: expand our network of ISVs, systems integrators, and technology partners while sharpening our channel strategy across the core regulated industries where we focus.
Here’s how Kim put it:
“I’ve spent my career helping insurers and technology partners build stronger ecosystems together, and MHC’s momentum in CCM modernization made this the right next step. I’m looking forward to building the kind of partner network that helps MHC reach more organizations navigating regulatory complexity.“
~ Kim Cook as VP, Partners and Alliances
Meet Reuben Manalo
Reuben began his CCM career at GMC Software Technology (now part of Quadient) and Thunderhead (now Smart Communications), before spending more than a decade at Oracle as a Master Principal Sales Consultant. He also served as a Solutions Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
Now he’s bringing that experience to MHC, leading our Solutions Engineering practice and helping customers translate complex requirements into practical solutions enabled by MHC NorthStar CCM.
In his words:
“After more than two decades in CCM and enterprise technology, I know what it takes to help customers solve their toughest communications challenges. MHC’s platform, vision, and momentum made this an easy decision. I’m excited to help organizations navigate complex modernization initiatives with confidence.“
~ Reuben Manalo as Director, Sales Engineering
A Broader Investment in CCM
Kim and Reuben join MHC from established players in the CCM technology space, reinforcing our ability to attract senior talent from across the industry. Their arrivals add to other key strategic hires in 2026 spanning go-to-market and leadership roles, part of a broader investment to deepen our CCM expertise across the business.
Most importantly, Kim and Rueben join us at a moment when customer communication strategies have become critical to both customer experience and regulatory success. Their addition reflects our commitment to ensuring MHC NorthStar CCM remains a platform organizations trust as they modernize their customer communications.
We're Building for Where CCM Is Going
Our continued climb in QKS Group’s 2026 SPARK Matrix for Customer Communications Management reflects the same mindset behind these hires. We’re not focused on being the biggest name in CCM. We’re focused on helping define where the category goes next.
That ambition requires execution. Kim will help scale our vision through a stronger partner ecosystem. Reuben will help ensure customers achieve their modernization goals without unnecessary complexity. Together, they strengthen our ability to deliver on the promise of modern CCM.
If your organization is evaluating CCM platforms, or your current one isn’t keeping pace with where the market’s headed, put MHC on your shortlist. Request a personalized demo of MHC NorthStar CCM, or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our continued growth and innovation.
