Presenter: Nicole Caley, President & Founder of Payables Solutions Partners, LLC

One can say that teams are the basic structure of people for the completion of projects and tasks worldwide. However, if your organization is going through a significant change management effort, such as automation, you may have noticed that those teams that appear to be high performing have a different level of camaraderie during change. A key characteristic seen in a high-performing team is cohesiveness.

Team cohesion is how well team members work with one another. Those in a highly cohesive team will be more cooperative and effective in achieving goals, everyone understands their role, embraces their strengths, and is committed to the overall team. Yet, group dynamics play a significant factor in why cohesion can be so difficult.

Many of us don’t understand who we are working with, we lack trust, struggle to communicate effectively, and have unnecessary stress and tension with the inability to successfully resolve conflict.

In this webinar we will discuss the importance of understanding the different personalities in the workplace, the stages of team development, the importance of emotional intelligence, and how to effectively resolve conflict so that you can take a multi-facet approach to team cohesiveness.

At the end of the day, teams drive organizational success, and cohesiveness is a key factor in implementing effective, high-performing teams that enable you to implement equally effective systems and tools.
