Like many, the MHC Team is working remotely and following the shelter in place and physical distance guidelines. Although some things have changed, one thing remains the same, our commitment to you.
Here are some of the actions we’ve already taken to better serve customers during this time:
Expanded support capacity at discounted rates with lower volume commitments for MHC’s document processing services – you share your data, we print and mail your documents in our center
Relaxed software licensing restrictions for backup/disaster recovery configurations
Offered complimentary implementation services for additional backup configurations
We’re also holding a web conference on April 21st to share more ways we’re here to support you including:
Offer discounted licensing through May 2020 for web-based software to handle online and remote print check and advice processing
Offer discounted licensing through May 2020 for online tax document software to eliminate the burden of physical reprints now and be 100% digital for the next tax year
