June 14th, 2023 – Minneapolis, MN – MHC headquarters in Minneapolis has been named as one of the best places to work in Minnesota. The enterprise workflow and content automation company was recently listed among the Star Tribune’s Top 200 Workplaces for 2023 for a second consecutive year.
The Star Tribune selected its Top Workplaces by analyzing the responses to a survey conducted by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. That survey measured engagement, organizational health, and overall job satisfaction. The analysis included optional and anonymous responses from over 120,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations, including those employees at MHC’s Minnesota office.
MHC has always recognized that its people are core to customer and company success. To continue to elevate high-performance teams across the globe, MHC embraces a flexible, work-where-you-live model to meet the needs of talented employees. The company promotes opportunities to make in-person connections at office locations whenever possible and invests in initiatives to nurture its unique culture on a daily basis regardless of where employees work. Regular recognition of all wins – large and small – adds to an atmosphere of genuine appreciation for all the ways in which employees contribute to MHC’s continued success. MHC CEO, Gina Armada, is excited about continued progress to promote positive employee experiences.
“ We are thrilled for MHC to receive recognition as a Top Workplace. In reality, the recognition should be attributed to our amazing employees who support our customers and each other every day. MHC actively pursues investment in its people through a more diverse recruitment and retention strategy, offering a workplace where employees feel excitement and fulfillment through participation.
