June 22nd, 2022 – Minneapolis, MN – MHC headquarters in Minneapolis has been named as one of the best places to work in Minnesota. The enterprise workflow and content automation company was recently listed among the Star Tribune’s Top 200 Workplaces for 2022.
The StarTribune selected its Top Workplaces by analyzing the responses to a survey conducted by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. That survey measured engagement, organizational health, and overall job satisfaction. The analysis included optional and anonymous responses from over 79,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations, including those employees at MHC’s Minnesota office.
MHC is focused on being a “people first” organization. Their commitment to fostering an exceptional employee culture while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement are ingrained in their company values. While the recognition of their corporate headquarters as a Top Workplace in Minnesota is an important step, MHC CEO Gina Armada says the ultimate goal is to see that positive employee experience become the standard at all their locations worldwide.
“ MHC has embraced a flexible, work-where-you-live model to meet the needs of our talented employees while continuing to build high-performance teams across the globe. We value opportunities to make in-person connections at our key office locations whenever possible, yet we also recognize how important it is to nurture our unique culture on a daily basis regardless of where our employees work.”
MHC continues to invest in efforts to attract, develop and retain employees within an engaging workplace. That includes the addition earlier this year of Chief People Officer Dawn Watz, whose primary responsibility is cultivating a thriving and supportive culture for all of MHC’s team members.
“ Employee engagement is a core value and this award is a reflection of our inspiring workplace. The support and emotional connection to our organization is evident in that our people trust one another and live our Make It Happen Commitment every day,” says Watz.
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces recognition, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 4,000 companies were invited to participate. You can view the full list of 2022 Top Workplaces here.
