Dynamic capabilities and modular platform earn company top honors in newly-released report
July 26th, 2023- Minneapolis, MN- MHC, a global enterprise automation software solutions provider, has been named as a Leader on the 2023 Aspire Leaderboard for Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) vendors. It’s the third year MHC has been positioned as a Leader within the Aspire Leaderboard for their customer communication platform EngageCX.
This year, Aspire has modified its honors categories along with the timing of these awards to be in line with the nature of the evolving CCM/CXM market. Aspire will be updating its leaderboard throughout the year based on the progress made by each vendor and their ever-changing position in the market.
As Aspire launches its updated leaderboard, MHC has been recognized within all three categories that apply to solution providers. MHC has been identified as a leader in the Vendor Hosted SaaS CCM category, a leader in the AnyPrem CCM Software category, and is a featured vendor in the Comms Experience Platform category. These accolades indicate MHC’s growing presence within the SaaS market while maintaining its reputation as a valuable on-premises customer communication management solution.
In past years, MHC has performed particularly well in the mid-market space. With the comprehensive capabilities to compete among the most prominent CCM vendors, what sets MHC apart is their agility and personalized approach. The Aspire Leaderboard is published by consulting firm Aspire Customer Communications Services. Assessment scores are generated by analyzing more than 1,200 data points relating to a company’s platform strength, software capabilities, strategic direction, benefits, and other features.
